2Eligibility & Age Restriction

ji88 services are strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and older. Registration on the ji88 platform constitutes a representation by you that you are at least 18 years of age. ji88 enforces strict age verification through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use ji88:

• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be accessing ji88 on behalf of any third party;
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ji88 or any affiliated platform;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money services on ji88, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one ji88 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration and as required by ji88's ongoing compliance obligations, you may be asked to provide the following information:

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the ji88 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ji88 currently supports the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your ji88 wallet are credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within your ji88 account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests on ji88 are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification status. ji88 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in the account dashboard. ji88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.

ji88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties. All account funds must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.

ji88 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, suspend deposits or withdrawals, or require additional verification at any time in accordance with its compliance obligations.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ji88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All ji88 promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your ji88 account are subject to wagering (playthrough) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on ji88 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are published with each offer.
• Expiry: ji88 bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the member's account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active ji88 bonus at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the ji88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. ji88 publishes game rules and betting rules within each section of the platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager.

ji88 reserves the right to void bets or adjust settlement outcomes where:

• A technical error has affected the recording or processing of a bet;
• A bet was placed on an incorrect or erroneous price published due to a system error;
• The outcome of a sporting event is subject to official review, reversal, or disqualification by the relevant governing body;
• Suspicious or irregular betting activity has been identified.

ji88's settlement decisions on all sports betting markets and casino game outcomes are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one ji88 account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using ji88 for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the ji88 platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the ji88 platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage on any ji88 game;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your ji88 account;
• Placing bets on behalf of any third party using your ji88 account.

8Account Suspension & Closure

ji88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms;
• ji88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or identity theft;
• The member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• ji88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a competent authority;
• The member requests self-exclusion under ji88's Responsible Gaming programme.

Where a ji88 account is suspended pending investigation, the member's balance will be held securely. Where closure follows a breach of these Terms, ji88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the prohibited activity.

Members who wish to close their own ji88 account voluntarily may do so by contacting ji88 customer support. Pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled per standard rules; remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method subject to verification.

9Responsible Gaming

ji88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all ji88 members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your ji88 account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of session duration;

10Intellectual Property

No content from the ji88 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of ji88.

The ji88 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the ji88 operator. Unauthorised use of ji88 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ji88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to the ji88 service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ji88's reasonable control;
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from use of or inability to use the ji88 platform;

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ji88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ji88 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji88 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting ji88 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, ji88 provides a formal dispute resolution process. ji88's decisions on all gaming outcomes, bonus disputes, and account matters are final unless successfully challenged through the formal dispute process.

13Amendments to Terms

ji88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via a notice on the ji88 platform or by email to their registered address. Continued use of the ji88 platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the ji88 platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
